Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews, lists, and other content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to host and display it within the service. You're responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Don't post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; don't spam, scrape, or abuse the service; don't attempt to break security or rate limits. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

Game data

Game titles, cover art, and metadata are provided by IGDB and remain the property of their respective owners. They're shown for identification and cataloguing.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
